The Mervish Village Market hall at the heart of the block will provide pedestrian access and continue to be a focal point, offering innovative retail shops and a soaring glass roof makes the Market accessable during all seasons. Honest Ed's Alley will be animated with start-ups and pop-up style locations. A live music venue, public art,
restaurants, cafes, galleries and Victorian architectural artistry can also be enjoyed in the area.
